Balram is responsible to ensure all aspects of the department operate efficiently, he brings a wealth of experience in client management, organisation and administration. Balram is responsible for providing administration services and support to our team, including lease preparation, lease renewals, advertising, rent increases, breach and termination notices.   
 

Keeping up with statutory regulations and current market trends, Balram has the right answer at the right time.
